Replacement of a Lost or Broken Access Card

Lost or Stolen Card

Please notify Republic Parking immediately by calling (734) 761-7235, emailing parkingadmin@rpsa2.com, or in person at 324 Maynard Street. Replacement passes must be picked up at our Maynard office between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. A card fee will be due at the time of pick up and is based on the type of pass that is being replaced.

AVI Pass - $30.00
Hang Tag - $20.00
Proxy Card - $10.00

Broken Card

If the access card is not opening the gate, please first check that the account is up to date. If payment for the current month has not been received by the 15th, the card may have been locked. If the card is locked, please contact (734) 761-7235 immediately to make payment arrangements so that full functionality can be restored.

If the account is current and the access card still does not work to open the gate, please contact our Operations Department at (734) 761-3582. They will verify your card number and can open the gate for you. If you continue to experience issues, please bring the defective card to our Maynard office at 324 Maynard Street. We will be happy to replace it for you free of charge.
